How long does niacinamide take to work? 

Oil control and pore reduction are typically visible within 2 to 4 weeks. Dark spots and uneven skin tone improve progressively over 6 to 8 weeks of consistent daily use.

Is 10% niacinamide too strong? 

No. 10% is the clinically studied concentration for visible results in pore size, oil control, and skin tone. It is well tolerated by oily, combination, and sensitive skin types. If you are new to niacinamide, patch test first and introduce it gradually.

What should I not mix with niacinamide?

Niacinamide is highly compatible with most actives. You can safely layer it with hyaluronic acid, AHA/BHA exfoliants, retinol, and Vitamin C. If you have sensitive skin and are using strong exfoliants, use niacinamide in the morning and exfoliants at night to avoid over-stimulation.

Which is better for dark spots, niacinamide or Vitamin C?
