Order Cancellation After Fulfilment: If your order has already been fulfilled, it cannot be cancelled- in this case, a fulfilled order means that the order has been processed, packed, and delivered to the third party shipping company. However, you may return the products in accordance with our return policy once you receive them.
Shipping Time: Orders are generally processed and shipped within 24 business hours both locally and internationally. Tracking is available for every international order, but only for select Nigerian orders. Every customer gets a conformation email once their order is processed
Return and Refund Policy: At Dang Lifestyle Ltd., we strive to ensure you love your purchase. While we do not offer refunds, we are happy to assist with returns or exchanges under the following conditions:
- Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receipt.
- Items should be unused, with the seal intact, original tags and packaging in place, and free from any markings or damage.
- To process an exchange, items must be returned in the same condition they were received.
